The staff was very friendly and helpful! There was a smiling face everywhere! The hotel was clean and breakfast was always fully stocked and hot!
The hotel needs some updating, but it was otherwise a great stay!

The saltwater pool was a nice size, and we enjoyed biking the paved trail to downtown. The covered picnic area was a great bonus! Our room was quiet and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep.

The bed was ok
Checkin was not pleasant. When Imasked if she could check the AAA rate..I got such a run around and third degree about how I booked my room.

I thoroughly enjoyed quiet rooms with a king size bed, the large tub and a comfortable temperature, and VERY COURTEOUS staff. The location of the hotel was marvellous and ideal, close to restaurants.

Clean hotel, good breakfast, quiet and absolutely fantastic rooms. Marvellous and ideal location for exploring Bluffton, consistently courteous staff upon both check-in and check-out. Found in a walkable area. A nice restaurant available in the property. A nice hotel, my first choice in Bluffton: )

The saltwater pool was a nice size, and the breakfast offered a variety of hot choices, including great orange juice. Unfortunately, the sheets had a strange stain, which affected my comfort. The bed was not the most supportive, leading to discomfort during the night. While the management clearly takes pride in maintaining the hotel, the overall value seemed low for the price paid.

Awesome relaxing vibe
Needed a room last min for a holiday weekend and was super happy with the large, comfy room. The beds were legit with real pillows and cozy bedding. Didn't get to chill much, but the saltwater pool looked great and the picnic area was a nice touch. Only wish there were more options for breakfast.

Had a blast with my friends on our trip! We loved visiting the local farmers market and the nearby botanical gardens. The rooms were spacious, and the breakfast had a nice variety. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
One minor downside was the bathroom situation, as there wasn't much shelving for personal items, a bit inconvenient.
